This is the first of Lilith Darville’s books I’ve read, but I will read more. Scorpio Begins is an erotic romance novel with plenty of juicy sex and lots of romance. The opening is sudden, with Connor and Meredith coming together (pun intended) for the first time in 3 or 4 years. Meredith’s flirtation with Brett leads to jealousy and confusion, especially when the BDSM scene plays out. The damsel must be rescued (it is a romance novel after all) and Connor comes through in the end. I enjoyed the book and can”t wait to read the rest of the series.
